X6833B: perf: Rename MTKPOWER_HINT_UX_SCROLLING hint to INTERACTION

Browse source 
* This hint along with almost every MTKPOWER_HINT depends on fwk side changes
 * Use INTERACTION hint to boost stuffs on interaction instead
