Vaisakh Murali 39464cbe1d LG8n: Drop MTK audiopreprocessing 
OSS counterpart works well, instead of using prebuilt blobs, use oss
where possible. This has no adverse effect on the audio quality.
Switch to OSS libaudiopreprocessing.
